Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and footwear is placed inside its original, undamaged shoe box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
